Built from the factory floor
FitEx Industrial Technologies LLC was founded by Dr. Fitsum T. Feyissa, a mechanical and manufacturing engineer with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and more than two decades of experience across manufacturing, research, education, and operations.
His work bridges the factory floor and the research lab. His experience spans high-volume automotive production, scientific instrumentation, product industrialization, materials research, technical systems, and applied AI. Across those environments, he has translated complex engineering into hundreds of practical procedures, clearer controls, safer methods, and measurable improvements.
FitEx exists to make advanced engineering methods useful at the point of work so teams can solve problems faster, launch with discipline, transfer knowledge clearly, and improve with evidence.
